We work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, except US federal holidays.

How to get the fastest help
- Email from the address on your order, and use one email thread per issue.
- Include the page link, what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot if you can.
- Never email passwords. We'll send a secure way to share access if we need it.
What's covered
During your project: the revision rounds in your package.
30 days after launch: free fixes for defects in our work, such as broken layouts, links or forms we built.
After that, or for new requests: fixed-price work quoted before we start. Examples: extra page $150, extra revision round $120.
Not covered: problems caused by third-party platforms, hosting or plugin updates, edits made by others, and changes in how AI assistants or search engines rank businesses. We're happy to quote a fix. See our Terms of Service.
Billing questions
For receipts, invoices or payment questions, email us with "Billing" in the subject line. All packages are final sale (see Terms, section 4). If something isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right with your revisions and fix period.
Security and privacy
To report a security issue on findwellstudio.com or a site we built, email us with "Security" in the subject line. For privacy requests, see our Privacy Policy.
